How do I apply for Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement?

If you are receiving Social Security benefits prior to age 65, your Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement  card will automatically arrive in the mail approximately 90 days prior to your 65th Birthday.

If you haven’t signed up for Social Security benefits, you must proactively sign up for Medicare Part A or Parts A & B. This can be done on-line, via phone, or in person through the Social Security office.
